If your payment method is not listed, it is not accepted. Only the listed payment methods allowed by Stripe are accepted.

If you have entered the wrong e-mail, try to keep your invoice ID and create a ticket on Sellpass. We will look further into it

All questions about the product are done through the Discord server and not through Sellpass.

If you have not received your e-mail with the key -> log into the Sellpass website with the e-mail you have used to purchase the license. Keys will not be sent through the ticket system on Sellpass or on Discord!

If the payment failed, yet the money still got taken out -> Don't worry. The money will be automatically refunded by Stripe within 3 to 5 business days.

The purchase does not come with a loader.

If you have purchased the wrong product: e.g you wanted to buy DayZ instead of R6, we can only replace if; the key has not been redeemed and if the other product is the same or less amount of money than the product you've purchased. Contact me on Discord
